How Employee Training Works
Every In-Home Care LLC employee completes our structured training program to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Orientation Training
New employees begin with a comprehensive orientation covering company policies, client care standards, safety procedures, and Minnesota 245D regulations.
Annual Training
All staff complete required annual training every year to stay current on best practices, compliance updates, client rights, and mandatory reporting requirements.
Competency Quiz
After completing each training module, employees take a 20-question competency quiz to verify understanding and demonstrate readiness to serve clients safely.
Certificate Issued
Upon passing the competency quiz, your certificate of completion is automatically issued and recorded in our system for compliance and licensing purposes.

Training Compliance Requirements
Complete On Time
Annual training must be completed within your required renewal window. Late completions may affect your scheduling and compliance status.
Pass the Quiz
You must score sufficiently on the 20-question competency quiz after each module. You may retake the quiz if needed before your certificate is issued.
Save Your Certificate
Download and keep a copy of your completion certificate. It serves as proof of training for state compliance and your employment records.
Background Check
All employees must maintain a clear background check on file. Contact HR if you have questions about your compliance status or re-enrollment.
