PCA — Personal Care Assistance
Our PCA services provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, and more — helping clients maintain independence in their own home.
Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)
CFSS is a person-centered program giving individuals with disabilities more choice and control over their supports and services. We help clients navigate and maximize this program for their unique needs.
Consumer-Directed Community Supports (CDCS)
CDCS is authorized funding that lets individuals manage their own support — choosing how to spend their budget and who to employ. Our dedicated Support Planner helps you build and manage your personalized support plan, giving you full control over your care.
